If you were to look up the word encourager in the dictionary, don’t be surprised to find a picture of Reina there. Her gift is to shine a spotlight on the gifts of others and help them present those to the world. Her shine rubs off on the people lucky enough to be around her.

I think of Community, Connection, Collaboration when I think of Reina’s brand.

She’s great at bringing LaCroix to the masses. Jk! I think social glue and coffee chats have to be the biggest that come to mind. Connection and collaboration over competition (I feel like Reina + Co embodies this in a way that many others just talk it).
